Responsibilities
Lead the upskilling of employees to facilitate the integration of AI tools into workflows to enhance personalization, adoption and efficiency
Develop and deploy effective technical training programs aligned with business priorities
Ensure our external eLearning platforms deliver impactful results across our technical knowledge and skills landscape
Measure learning outcomes to drive continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in instructional design, AI integration, and leadership development
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and digital learning platforms
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into impactful learning solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred
Experience with technology-related online learning platforms, live classroom training and learning analytics
Experience in capital markets, fintech, or regulated industry
Exposure to global teams and cultural nuances in cross-border collaboration
