Responsibilities
Manage projects for steam, condensate, and control systems in industrial and paper manufacturing
Perform dryer studies, present findings to customers, and deliver written reports with ROI recommendations
Provide technical expertise in dryer drainage design and control systems
Develop new analysis tools and methods to improve study quality
Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and on budget
Configure, test, and fine-tune control systems during start-ups
Support seminars, presentations, and customer meetings
Offer minimal technical support for Dryer Management System (DMS™)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent industry experience
3–5+ years of experience in process or paper systems
Strong technical, communication, and project management skills
Ability to travel (up to 50%) and thrive in both office and plant environments
