Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of portfolio reports advising management and staff about the ongoing status of the portfolio on issues relating to exposure and risk
Collect, handle, store, and synthesize data into coherent reports
Provide data and analysis to support the development of portfolio reviews
Develop preliminary information and analysis used to identify essential portfolio review and compliance issues
Provide accurate and timely data and analyses
Draft Sector Reports, Monthly Portfolio Status Reports, Watch List, and Project Update Reports
Perform quarterly data quality audits of Portfolio Management Division financial models
Provide support in implementing and performing data quality assessments
Contribute information and data for briefings for the Senior Program Leadership and other stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Minimum of US Citizenship required to obtain client-issued Public Trust
Must be able to work to tight deadlines independently and yet still be team-oriented
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and an understanding of fundamental business writing
Expertise in Microsoft Office Products (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred
Experience working in project finance is preferred
Financial reporting experience preferred
Experience in accounting, financial services, or other relevant experience preferred
