The Art of Accomplishment is seeking an Executive Assistant to support Joe Hudson, the founder. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating travel, and handling project logistics while maintaining discretion and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
Manage Joe's calendar, scheduling, and travel logistics
Coordinate events and handle logistics for retreats, meetings, and recordings
Support project coordination across content creation, courses, and business initiatives
Handle light bookkeeping tasks including invoicing (QuickBooks)
Manage correspondence, document preparation, and proofreading
Serve as a point of contact and gatekeeper when needed
Keep things running smoothly—supplies, equipment, systems
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an EA, executive admin, or personal assistant
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Google Workspace; familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to handle confidential information with care
Self-directed and resourceful—you figure things out
Comfortable with variable hours and responsive availability
Based in or near Sebastopol, CA (or willing to commute for in-person days)
