Responsibilities

Build at the frontier of AI in Real Estate: Lead development of agents and AI-enabled software for accounting and property management workflows
Be incredibly product-focused: You will translate product requirements + feedback directly from the customer into high quality features and magical user experiences
Wear many hats and be an owner: You are a partner and owner of IronLedger. You will primarily focus on full stack development, but can wear many hats. This may include flying with our team to customers, listening to feedback directly and designing your own product UI/UX

Qualification

Required

3+ years of software development with demonstrated experience building applications with foundational models, Vector DBs and AI agent frameworks
Energized by creating magical, near-perfect customer experiences that users love
Deploy high quality code quickly and are excited to iterate to get closer to perfection
An appreciation and curiosity for the 'boring', fundamental and complex problems like accounting and property management workflows
An ambitious partner who's excited to build a multi-billion dollar business in a future $100B software market

Preferred

Key Skills: AWS, NextJs, Python, experience with Vector DBs, prompt engineering, and deploying agents into production
