Responsibilities
Influences the vision of the product and organization by leading significant and complex projects that result in high performing technology and by navigating solutions at senior levels
Develop and enhance software to solve for design success and address future technologies by keeping customer experience at the forefront
Lead and model a DevOps mindset by applying automation, continuous integration and continuous delivery in everything we do delivering creative solutions to highly complex initiatives
Foster organizational innovation and shapes long-term strategic direction by applying best practices and learnings from emerging technologies
Serves as technical authority within the organization to influence direction of the product and organization and provides leadership to large cross functional teams including senior levels
Mentor and recognized thought leader creating an environment where people can achieve their best
Facilitator and team builder creating a highly collaborative environment and high performing team
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated business success through innovation and achieving organizational alignment
Strategic partner and thought leader with experience in influencing all levels
Thought leader within Software Delivery Lifecycle, Security Compliance and Agile and SCRUM methodology and emerging technology stack and platforms
Demonstrated success of leading senior and diverse teams
Expert knowledge of complex software languages and platforms such as Java, Oracle, Azure etc. and emerging languages
