Event Assistant
Premier Promotions is a fast-growing team passionate about events and customer engagement. As an Event Assistant, you’ll represent top brands face-to-face, driving sales and making meaningful connections across Kansas City.

Responsibilities
Act as a Brand Ambassador at high-traffic locations including festivals, retail activations, pop-ups, and live demos
Deliver face-to-face customer engagement that sparks interest, builds trust, and converts into sales
Assist with event logistics: setup, coordination, and takedown alongside the promotional team
Collaborate closely with teammates in a dynamic, people-first environment
Maintain energy and professionalism as the go-to contact for on-site brand representation
Qualification
Required
Outgoing, confident, and naturally great with people
Comfortable working in fast-paced promotional settings
Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-player mindset
Reliable, honest, and eager to learn. We provide full training
Preferred
Experience in customer service or sales is a plus (but not essential)
