Responsibilities
Pursue and position for upcoming projects including both private and public developments
Negotiate scope and fees with clients
Engage with and supervise the design team's activities related to land and site developments
Manage multiple projects and develop new project opportunities
Experience with Land Development/Site Design, Stormwater and Utilities and permitting with local and state regulatory agencies
Manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets. Attend meetings with clients and regulatory agencies
Qualification
Required
10+ years of civil engineering, land and site development design experience
Project Management experience required; ability to effectively manage a team and clients
B.S. in Civil Engineering
Licensed Professional Engineer (Texas)
Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
Attention to detail/organized
Knowledge of AutoCAD
Works well in a team environment
Preferred
Experience in Central Texas (Austin & San Antonio) market highly preferred
