Making sure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness

Setting the restaurant’s goals and creating a plan to achieve those goals

Leading a team of Department Managers

Helping Department Managers to set their own goals and following up on their progress

Providing coaching and direction to improve Departments

Hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers

Previous General Manager experience running high volume locations
