Mid LevelVoda Cleaning & Restoration is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in the restoration and carpet cleaning industry. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Achieve $50K in sales within the first 90 days
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling
Conduct site inspections and present tailored proposals
Close sales and negotiate contracts
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Qualification
Required
Proven outside sales experience in restoration, carpet cleaning, air duct cleaning or a related industry
Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and developing new business
Expertise in damage assessment and providing accurate restoration estimates
Familiarity with insurance adjusters and the claims process
Proficiency in Xactimate, CRM software (we use Workiz), and Microsoft Office
Valid driver's license
Preferred
Mold/Water Damage certifications (IICRC AMRT or equivalent) is a plus but not required
