Responsibilities

Plan and manage end-to-end in-person events and webinars, including all pre- and post-event logistics and outreach
Build and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., Hubspot, LinkedIn) including list building, segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis
Support SEO initiatives, including technical SEO, content optimization, and keyword strategy
Contribute to performance marketing, including managing paid social and/or other digital advertising channels
Track performance metrics across events, digital campaigns, and social media to inform future strategies

Required

2–4 years of experience in growth marketing and event coordination, ideally within the employee benefits space
Aptitude for managing both in-person and virtual events
Proficiency using HubSpot for campaign creation, execution, and monitoring
Experience with SEO tools, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn
Excellent communication and project management skills
Proficient at working cross-functionally and managing competing priorities
Enthusiasm for operating in a fast-paced startup environment, navigating ambiguity, and creating structure
Passion for Juno's mission to provide financial protection for all families and support them in their times of greatest need
