Responsibilities

Analyze user needs and translate them into clear, actionable system requirements

Develop Concept of Operations (CONOPS), system architectures, and System Requirements Specifications (SRS)

Partner with users and stakeholders to refine requirements, evaluate alternatives, and conduct feasibility studies

Provide technical leadership across the full systems engineering life cycle

Guide system development, integration, and implementation planning, including SEMPs and integration & test plans

Collaborate directly with government customers on systems engineering decisions, risks, and trade-offs

Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, program leadership, government stakeholders, and senior executives

Required

17+ years of Systems Engineering experience supporting programs of similar scope, complexity, and mission impact

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline + Five (5) additional years of Systems Engineering experience may be substituted for a degree

Active TS/SCI clearance with current polygraph
