Responsibilities
Own technical delivery across multiple deployments from first prototype to stable production
Build full-stack systems that deliver customer value and sharpen how we learn
Embed closely with customer teams, understand their needs, and guide adoption of what you build
Rapidly learn new concepts and technologies; apply to your solutions
Scope work, sequence delivery, and remove blockers early
Make trade-offs between scope, speed, and quality; adjust plans to protect delivery
Contribute directly to the code when progress or clarity depends on it
Codify working patterns into tools, playbooks, or components that others can use
Keep teams moving through clarity and follow-through
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C#, Java, or Python OR equivalent experience
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
Preferred
Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 3+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C#, Java, or Python OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 5+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C#, Java, or Python
Experience with Generative AI, OpenAI GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer) models, Agentic workflows, prompt engineering, Azure AI Services, and Machine Learning techniques
