Mountaire Farms is a leading poultry production company, and they are seeking an HR Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support to night shift operations. This role involves addressing employee concerns, managing recruitment and onboarding, ensuring policy compliance, and fostering a supportive workplace environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary HR contact for night shift employees, addressing questions, concerns, and workplace issues

Assist with candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding processes to ensure timely staffing for production needs

Ensure adherence to HR policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements, including USDA and company guidelines

Manage Kronos and Oracle HCM entries, including time‑off requests, attendance tracking, and shift adjustments

Support completion of safety certifications, compliance training, and employee development programs

Partner with supervisors to resolve conflicts, coach leaders on HR best practices, and promote a positive work environment

Track HR metrics for turnover, attendance, and training completion, providing insights to management
