Responsibilities

Identify and implement improvement opportunities in manufacturing processes and procedures. Create standard work and work instruction as needed

Design Welding Fixtures using Inventor and AutoCAD

Engineering support for the plant operation. Supporting and collaborating with other CMNA plant operations

Develop and create manufacturing drawings, visual inspections, and go/no go gauges

Work closely with production team to optimize manufacturing processes and eliminate quality issues

Implement change management processes

Maintain and develop all product routings

Direct maintenance on troubleshooting manufacturing lines and reducing machine downtime

Schedule contractors and OEM’s as needed for equipment repair and PM

Interface with product engineering to support new product development and commercial initiatives relevant to the plant

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
