The Senior Manager, Infor ERP Technical Consulting Services is responsible for managing a team that provides technical expertise, designs solutions, and supports Infor ERP implementations for clients.

Responsibilities
Mentor a team of technical consultants, setting performance goals and conducting evaluations
Manage the design, development, and delivery of technical solutions, ensuring compliance with Infor's methodology and development standards
Provide expert technical guidance to clients, conduct product demonstrations, and help translate business needs into technical strategies
Identify and drive new business opportunities and assist in defining project scopes and timelines
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Infor products, industry trends, and best practices, and facilitate knowledge transfer within the team
Qualification
Required
Proven management experience, including leading solution consulting or technical teams
Deep knowledge of Infor LN, CE ERP products and technologies and associated programming languages like COBOL, RPG, or SQL
Understanding of ERP architecture, SaaS models, and common programming solutions like Infor IPA or ION
Ability to understand client business objectives and demonstrate the business value of technical solutions, often through presentations to C-level executives
Experience in a consulting or customer-facing environment, with skills in project planning and proposal development
Strong problem-solving, communication, and mentoring abilities
Requires a Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field
