Responsibilities
Own end-to-end project delivery for complex IT rollouts and acquisitions
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
Lead cross-functional status meetings with engineers, vendors, and stakeholders; ensure accountability for progress and deliverables
Track and manage project requests and statuses in Monday.com, ensuring visibility and accuracy
Oversee and approve equipment orders, tracking, and deployment; provide executive-level status reporting
Facilitate turn-up calls for network installations, driving resolution of issues in real time
Document actions, decisions, and project updates; prepare leadership-ready presentations and reports
Identify, escalate, and mitigate project risks, issues, and scope changes; own delivery of solutions
Ensure a large volume of tickets and tasks are efficiently tracked, organized, and closed by the team
Lead change management and stakeholder communication across business and IT groups
Drive adherence to project frameworks, governance processes, and proper documentation standards
Mentor coordinators and junior staff in project execution and documentation best practices
Leverage business analytics to track project KPIs (budget, timelines, resource utilization) and identify trends for continuous improvement
Prepare and deliver data-driven dashboards and reports to leadership, using analytics to support decision-making on IT initiatives
Ensure IT change requests are properly submitted, reviewed, and approved on time
Manage the Change Advisory Board (CAB) process, facilitating reviews and approvals for IT changes
Advocate for adherence to change management policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and reducing risk to production systems
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with ticketing/project tracking systems
Proficiency with project management tools (Agile boards, Gantt, roadmaps, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external vendors
Excellent risk management, communication, and executive presentation skills
At least 3+ years of IT project management experience, preferably with multi-site rollouts or acquisitions
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Preferred
Monday.com preferred
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) preferred
PMP, Agile, or ITIL certification preferred
Familiarity with IT change management frameworks (ITIL v4 preferred)
