Senior Account Manager
KellyMitchell Group is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join their team. The role involves supporting the Lead Account Manager and Account Executives, working cross-functionally to deliver media plans and ensure client satisfaction through strong relationships.

Responsibilities
Support the Lead Account Manager and Account Executives by being a strategic partner to the aligned portfolio of clients
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to assist in delivering comprehensive media plans and successful campaigns
Responsible for overarching campaign success and client satisfaction by building strong internal and external relationships
Build a strong understanding of KPM’s portfolio of products, platforms, and processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
0 - 5+ years of proven digital media experience
Ability to build partnerships and foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Solid understanding of the media industry
Strategic thinker with a passion for using data insights to drive client performance
Strong time management and project management skills, with proven ability to balance multiple projects at same time
Strong attention to detail, communication, organization, and prioritization skills
Strong Presentation Skills
Preferred
Experience within publisher, agency or retail preferred
Experience building strategic media plans and recommendations preferred
