Responsibilities

Assist with residential garage door and opener installation, repair, and maintenance
Learn to safely diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
Perform safety inspections and follow industry best practices
Provide friendly, professional customer service in customers’ homes
Document jobs with notes and photos using company systems
Keep tools, equipment, and work vehicles clean and organized
Support teammates and contribute to smooth daily operations
Follow all safety procedures to protect yourself and our customers

Qualification

Mechanical curiosityCustomer service skillsLift 75+ lbsCommunication skillsTeam mindset

Required

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Mechanical curiosity and willingness to learn
Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work on ladders
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Positive, customer-first attitude
Good communication skills and a team mindset
High school diploma or GED

Preferred

Experience in construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, automotive, or general labor
