Provide strategic and tactical HR consulting services to clients in various industries, targeting small to mid-sized businesses
Build and maintain a portfolio of clients with the support of SRV HR’s business development tools
Utilize SRV HR’s tools and systems to efficiently manage your consulting practice
Participate in ongoing coaching and training to stay current in the HR field
Qualification
Required
Minimum 15 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in an executive-level role
Proven ability to deliver strategic HR solutions and manage client relationships
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping businesses thrive
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements
