Provide clients with clear, strategic advice on professional liability and business litigation matters
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA accredited law school
Active membership in the California State Bar
3+ years of experience in civil litigation or relevant legal experience
Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
