Seasons Brand Analyst, Holiday
The Hershey Company is a leading chocolate manufacturer, and they are seeking a Seasons Brand Analyst to assist the Seasons team on key projects and activities focused on the Holiday season. The role involves supporting seasonal innovation development, strategic planning, and in-season tracking and analysis, while collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive successful seasonal initiatives.

Responsibilities
Assist with project management (in partnership with Senior Manager and ABM) and collaborate with cross-functional partners including R&D, Engineering, Brand Teams, Finance, and Operations
Weekly seasonal retail business tracking: Analyze Circana data to understand seasonal performance trends, identify key drivers, and inform actions to address business opportunities or risks. Provide ad hoc retail business analysis as needed
Update initiative trackers (examples: design strategy updates for Seasons, DME seasonal spend)
Partner with ABM and Senior Manager to build key sales communication materials that drive Holiday program success, supporting strategic graphics design work and development, and other materials to drive successful seasonal sell in
Assist with consumer research, strategy development, pipeline planning, and key program initiatives to gain full visibility into the seasonal marketing process
Collaborate with the activation team to develop creative strategies that support seasonal programs
Support the development of sales communication
Strategy support on seasonal program development
In-season tracking and retail share outs
Qualification
Required
Must reside
Strong analytical ability; able to use multiple sources of data and put together data visualizations
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong marketing, finance, and commercial understanding and intuition
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
Active learner; ability to learn quickly
Willingness to take on responsibility and accountability
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional business units
Problem solving attitude
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI); ability to learn new systems
Willingness to be a part of a team that works hard and has fun
Bachelor's degree required (preferably Business, Commerce)
Preferred
Marketing experience preferred
Analytical and project management experience is a plus
Experience with food and beverage flavor development also a plus
