Responsibilities
Serve as the internal owner and primary point of contact for Primavera P6-driven project schedules
Coordinate project planning, sequencing, and execution readiness with operations teams
Maintain and communicate schedule updates, dependencies, and risk assessments to internal stakeholders
Partner with finance to align project schedules with budgets, forecasts, and cost impacts
Drive kickoff meetings, planning sessions, and ongoing cross-functional coordination
Qualification
Required
Deep Primavera P6 expertise
5-7 years of experience, preferably within the utilities, infrastructure, or construction-adjacent realm
Experienced in project scheduling, project controls, or cost coordination
Confident communicator who can manage complexity, work independently, and interface across departments
Preferred
Experience supporting customer-driven capital project environments
Familiarity with earned value and forecasting tools
