Architect, design, and enhance CDH decisioning solutions

Guide decisioning strategy, and ensure scalable delivery of real-time customer decisioning capabilities

Lead strategy design workshops and guide best practices

Oversee deployment governance, version control, and performance tuning

Collaborate with analytics and modeling teams to align technical and business strategies

Troubleshoot complex CDH issues and coach junior developers

Required

6+ years of Pega experience

Expert-level knowledge of NBA/NBO design, adaptive models, predictions, and arbitration

Experience mentoring and reviewing technical solutions

Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills

Preferred

CSSA or LSA

Financial services or Marketing Decisioning experience
