IBM Db2 z/OS Application Database Administrator responsible for configuring and managing the database to support ongoing maintenance operations and Q Replication using the IBM Infosphere Data Replication (IIDR) suite
Qualification
Required
IBM Db2 for z/OS Administration
Strong understanding of Db2 for z/OS architecture, storage structures, and system performance tuning
Proficiency in Db2 system parameters, logging, backup, and recovery strategies
Experience with Db2 utilities (e.g., REORG, RUNSTATS, COPY, RECOVER)
Knowledge of SQL tuning and optimization for Db2 on z/OS
IBM Infosphere Data Replication (IIDR) & Q Replication
Deep understanding of IBM Q Replication concepts
