Responsibilities

Draft, negotiate, and execute prime services agreements, including Futures agreements, OTC clearing agreements, and ISDA master agreements

Oversee transactional processes to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal counsel and risk management teams, to facilitate timely execution of transactions

Provide legal advice on applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes impacting the business

Develop and implement processes to ensure consistency and efficiency in transaction execution

Advise senior stakeholders on risk, controls, and strategic considerations
