Director/ExecutiveConfidential Jobs is seeking a Director of Renewals to lead global teams responsible for customer renewals and novations. This role requires deep renewals expertise to design and scale a best-in-class process.

Responsibilities
Define and execute strategies to maximize renewal rates and minimize churn
Design, build, and scale robust renewals and novations processes, systems, and KPIs
Build and lead high-performing teams with clear accountability and performance metrics
Coach, mentor, and develop team members to consistently exceed targets
Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Delivery, and Product to ensure end-to-end alignment and execution
Analyze renewals and novations data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
Establish strong relationships with key customers to understand needs and drive long-term retention
Deliver regular performance reporting and insights to senior leadership
Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategy and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Significant experience leading renewals in a SaaS environment
Proven success building and scaling global, high-performing teams
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding renewal and revenue targets
Strong execution mindset with the ability to operate in complex, cross-functional environments
Demonstrated leadership, communication, and stakeholder-influencing skills
Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven decision-making approach
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and renewal management tools
