The role involves contacting, recruiting, and placing top-tier healthcare professionals in regional travel assignments, while building strong relationships and providing ongoing support throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Proactive Outreach: Prospect and engage qualified healthcare professionals through phone outreach and referrals for a variety of travel and local assignments
Build Strong Relationships: Use your charisma, knowledge, and curiosity to establish genuine relationships with candidates, understanding their unique needs and career goals to find their most fitting regional assignments
Educate and Consult: Inform and inspire prospective candidates on the personal and professional benefits of a travel healthcare career. Effectively sell the benefits of travel assignments, including pay, location, and professional growth opportunities
Deliver an Exceptional Experience: Act as a consultative partner and guide candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to successful placement. Provide ongoing support and communication to placed professionals throughout their assignments, fostering long-term relationships and driving redeployment
Achieve and Exceed Goals: Maintain a strong motivation to achieve and surpass recruiting goals in a fast-paced, client-centric environment
Continuously Improve: Serve as a continuous improvement thinker, dedicated to refining your recruitment process and delivering an exceptional experience for every healthcare professional
