Finance Operations Analyst
Healthfirst is a healthcare organization seeking a Finance Operations Analyst to manage finance operations functions including payment processing and analysis. The role involves creating service forms, processing transactions, and performing reconciliations for various payments.

Responsibilities
Create service forms for returned checks and vendor refunds in PEGA
Process Medical Home, Member Refund, FQHC, and other ad-hoc transactions in Workday
Responsible for voiding and reissuing checks upon request, abandoned property issues, provider refunds and returned checks
Perform stop payment requests to be handled by the Treasury department to send to the bank
Data entry of check information for returned checks and vendor refunds as received
Oversee and create monthly reporting on issued payments and ensure that payment detail files are generated & available for payees
Perform reconciliation and analysis of all (claims, capitation, vendor payments, and etc) payments
Creation of monthly reports of data related to payments for all lines of business
Special projects as determined by management
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
Experience with accounting functions within a health insurance payer platform
Ability to analyze financial information & reports
Experience with computers, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel required
Preferred
Associate's degree from an accredited institution
Experience with SAS or SQL reporting (i.e. running queries)
Experience with Workday
