Bilingual Client Service Representative
The Arizona Humane Society is a non-profit veterinary clinic dedicated to providing excellent customer service for people and their pets. The Bilingual Client Service Representative will be the first point of contact for clinic clients, responsible for managing high-volume calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a positive experience for pet owners.

Responsibilities
Greeting all customers with a friendly smile, maintaining first and last impressions in the lobby, and managing high-volume calls and appointment scheduling
Answering high-volume medical and scheduling calls in a timely and courteous manner, while also servicing in-person customers
Maintaining accurate scheduling based on veterinarian schedules and available resources
Responding and appropriately handling emergency situations in a calm, professional and effective manner
Creating service estimates
Ensuring confirmation of next day's appointments
Maintaining online pharmacy order requests in a timely manner
Properly discharging hospitalized patients when assistants or technicians cannot perform discharges
Providing client with necessary post-operative or post-hospitalization instructions (both oral and written) and providing the client with all necessary medications
Qualification
Required
High school diploma OR GED
One year experience in a customer service OR receptionist position. Experience in the veterinary field a plus
Ability to speak fluently and write in English and Spanish
Requires above average clerical skills, including legible handwriting, spelling and grammar as well as strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Windows Explorer; able to learn other software programs as necessary
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute, ratio and percent
Responsible for front office first impressions and building relationships with the clients
