Interface.ai is building a universal banking assistant aimed at enhancing financial well-being for millions of consumers. They are seeking a Founding GTM Recruiter to partner with founders and senior leaders to scale their Go-To-Market team during a critical growth phase.

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles

Partner closely with founders and executive leadership to translate growth goals into hiring plans

Build high-signal pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, and targeted outbound

Run tight, high-bar interview processes with strong calibration and candidate experience

Be highly selective—optimize for quality over volume

Operate independently with minimal oversight and high accountability

Qualification

Required

4–8 years of recruiting experience in similar environments

Demonstrated startup / scale-up experience, ideally Series B–D

Strong domain preference with Experience recruiting GTM talent for AI or Customer Experience companies

Proven ability to work directly with founders and senior leaders

Self-managed, comfortable operating with ambiguity and outcome-oriented

Willingness to be on-site in Palo Alto and act as a culture carrier
