Responsibilities
Contribute your expertise in advanced design techniques and semiconductor manufacturing/testing
Enhance your task leadership and electromagnetic (EM) simulation skills
Develop innovative circuits, design techniques, and best practices
Learn systems-level communication skills to effectively collaborate with various teams
Work closely with design leadership, product owners, fabrication, test, and theory teams to conduct comprehensive experiments and drive our aggressive research and development schedule
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) degree with 2 years of experience in RF, Analog, or Mixed Signal Circuit design (0 year with technical MS)
Strong attention to detail and organization
Experience in custom Integrated Circuit (IC) design or layout in Cadence Virtuoso or similar design automation software in Linux environment
Strong problem solving, analytical, written, and oral communication skills
Interest in mentoring junior designers
Able to collaborate with multiple team members and stakeholders to complete assigned tasks
This position requires the applicant to be a U.S. Citizen
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance per customer's requirements
Preferred
Working knowledge of the IC design flow including schematic capture, simulation, and layout
2D and 3D Electromagnetic (EM) modeling experience with commercial tools such as ANSYS (HFSS/Maxwell3D), COMSOL, Momentum, etc
Programming experience in Cadence SKILL or Python
Experience in semiconductor fabrication or test
Active U.S. Government security clearance
