Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed financial models to estimate revenue potential for new products and solutions
Analyze competitive intelligence and market trends to inform revenue projections and strategic decisions of product prioritization
Track and report on the revenue performance of existing solutions, identifying key metrics for success and areas for improvement
Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure alignment on product development, market entry, and revenue goals
Assist in the sizing and packaging of products to create compelling offerings for sales teams
Provide insights and recommendations to drive the scalability and popularity of solutions in the market
Manage multiple Excel financial models simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting
Develop and refine product packaging strategies to align with market demands and customer needs, ensuring solutions are positioned effectively for sales
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify optimal pricing and packaging structures for new and existing solutions
Support several ad hoc reports and ends across the broader Monetization Team
Create framework for assessing and reporting on new products and solutions

Required

7+ years of business experience; some part of time in financial or revenue operations function in technology or digital media industry
Must be task driven & can produce and hit key deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Deep understanding of the digital advertising space, with knowledge of programmatic landscape, Connected TV & upcoming technologies, industry trends, and major players
Ability to manage and work effectively within cross-functional and matrix relationships
Strong analytical skills
Bachelor's degree, in Business, Finance or Accounting
Experience working in a like role or in a finance team
Experience working in media & technology company; preferably digital media business
Leadership presence: Exceptional organizational, interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
Attention to detail, ability to multitask and strong organizational skills required

Preferred

MBA a plus but not required
Project management experience a plus
Proficient in Korean language a plus
