Handle inbound customer service and sales calls, including questions about billing, payments, policy changes, and new applications

Engage customers in consultative conversations to understand their needs and recommend Gerber Life products that support their financial protection goals

Deliver a positive, professional customer experience while adhering to compliance and regulatory standards

Maintain required multi-state licensure (support provided to obtain additional state appointments)

Accurately process transactions and document interactions

Meet and exceed individual performance metrics aligned with customer satisfaction, quality, and sales goals

Perform additional tasks as needed to support team and business objectives
