Responsibilities

Scope and deliver comprehensive security reviews of hardware/firmware components

Perform AI-supported fuzzing campaigns on platform firmware; architect and implement automated security test infrastructure to validate the effectiveness of security controls

Scope and define automated security testing criteria to maintain security controls for hardware deployed in Google's data centers

Develop and refine threat models, risk assessments, and define security requirements for hardware products entering Google’s data centers

Design and engineer the necessary security controls for identified threats and risks

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

2 years of experience with security assessments, security design reviews, or threat modeling

Experience in C, C++, software engineering, firmware, security, security analysis

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience

5 years of experience in the security field
