They are seeking a Behavioral Health Team Leader to oversee staff training, provide clinical supervision, and ensure compliance with service authorization requirements.

Responsibilities

Works closely with clinical/professional staff to maintain communication and provide feedback, standardize procedures and program needs

Provides employees with individual-specific training and training in the knowledge, skills, and abilities required by the population and age to be served

Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and applying corrective action to employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems

Participates in mandated training in our evidenced based practice; Ecosystemic structural family therapy model

Completes Service Authorization Requests as needed and ensure that current service authorization is in place prior to the provision of any service

Provides clinical supervision to all employees

Approvals clinical records

Prepares and maintains clinical records to assure the program is audit ready

Collaborates with stakeholders and other providers

Qualification

Supervisory experienceMaster's degree in human servicesElectronic Medical Records (EHR)CPR certificationFirst aid training

Required

A graduate of a college or university with a Master's degree in a human service field and has at least 1 year of full-time post-graduate supervisory experience

Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation

Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

Ability to lift between 20 and 50 pounds and meet the physical requirements of performing CPR and therapeutic holds
