Responsibilities
Responding to customer inquiries via telephone, electronic media and in person
Managing member records
Actively promoting DAHLC and Mayo Clinic Healthy Living services
Scheduling appointments and patient registration
Customer check-in/check-out and payment transactions
Supporting pre/during/post customer needs
Serving as a direct contact or resource to customers
Supporting the DAHLC multi-line telephone operation and service desks
Knowledgeable of services and programs offered at the Healthy Living Center (HLC) and promoting Healthy Living philosophy
Creating Mayo Clinic Access cards (MCIAC) for eligible non-Mayo customers of the HLC
Maintaining building safety and security
Solving problems and responding to immediate operational issues as they arise
Identifying and analyzing problems and recommending changes to improve work unit effectiveness
Responding to all emergencies within the center with an AED device and applying proper water safety response protocol for pool emergencies
Exercising sound judgment during stressful situations and taking appropriate action
Qualification
Required
Interact with a variety of individuals via telephone, electronic media and in person
Work in a high volume fast paced service environment
Respond to customer inquiries
Manage member records
Actively promote DAHLC and Mayo Clinic Healthy Living services
Schedule appointments
Patient registration
Customer check-in/check-out
Payment transactions
