Responsibilities
Own and deliver substantial product initiatives across onboarding, payments, mobile, and marketplace optimization
Work full stack from mobile (React Native) to backend services (Node.js, GraphQL, Kafka) to database (PostgreSQL)
Partner across engineering orgs to coordinate work, share context, and align on technical direction
Break down ambiguous, large-scale problems into clear deliverables and communicate progress effectively
Mentor teammates through code reviews, pairing, and technical discussions
Drive operational excellence through testing, monitoring, and production support
Collaborate with product and data science teams to understand user needs and define solutions
Contribute to engineering culture and team practices
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a proven track record of delivering impactful products
Strong full-stack fundamentals with the ability to learn new technologies quickly
Passion for product and user outcomes: You prioritize business value and user experience over technical novelty
Collaborative mindset: You form data-driven opinions, argue them productively, and adapt when better ideas emerge
Comfort with ambiguity: You thrive on breaking down complex, undefined problems
Clear communication: You identify when you need help and communicate blockers in helpful, actionable ways
Cultural fit: You value camaraderie, respect, work-life balance, and self-organization
Preferred
Experience with React, Node.js, React Native, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and AWS
Background in marketplace platforms, two-sided networks, or logistics technology
Experience with mobile development and app modernization
Familiarity with payments, fintech, or fraud prevention systems
Understanding of data integration patterns and ETL pipelines
