Responsibilities
Support the Content Operations Group Manager in implementing and maintaining content workflows and processes
Act as a key point of contact for specific content-related operations, ensuring adherence to established guidelines and timelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of content projects and initiatives
Monitor and report on key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in content operations
Assist in vendor management related to content and marketing operations tools
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability within the content operations function
Qualification
Required
Experience in content operations, marketing operations, or a similar role
Experience with WorkFront is crucial
Experience managing or mentoring team members, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
