Responsibilities
Facilitate the intake process for new clients entering the program
Ensure the maintenance of accurate client documentation
Observe and document clients' self-administration of medication, as applicable
Effectively coordinate client activities
Adhere to treatment plan objectives and address client-specific needs
Provide transportation services for clients
Assess clients' behavioral and emotional needs, responding appropriately, including crisis intervention
Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly physical environment
Assist with clients' dietary requirements
Transport clients to and from designated locations within expected time frames
Supervise and support clients during transportation
Maintain all necessary documentation related to the services provided
Complete all required training
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license in the state of employment with a safe driving record
Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification is required
Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to solve problems through gathering and analyzing information
Capability to manage a crisis or potential risk situation and respond appropriately
Working knowledge of federal and state standards, as well as regulatory body and compliance standards
Commitment to upholding the staff code of ethics and maintaining therapeutic boundaries
Preferred
Preferably possess experience in behavioral health or general healthcare
