Responsibilities
Supports the Customs Entry & Audit teams in performing entry audits focused on broker compliance, SOX, ADD/CVD, and classification
Supports post entry activities, reconciliation program, and recordkeeping requirements
Participates in the establishment and maintenance of internal control procedures and SOPs
Monitors team email inboxes and manages day-to-day correspondence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
2-4 years of import or customs brokerage experience required
Strong familiarity with customs entry data and documentation required
Strong attention to detail
Preferred
U.S. Customs Broker License preferred
Experience in auditing entries, classification, or other import data strongly preferred
Supply chain experience in retail preferred
Advanced MS Excel skills
