SIGINT Analyst (Digital Network Exploitation Analyst - DNEA)
CACI International Inc is seeking a SIGINT Analyst (Digital Network Exploitation Analyst - DNEA) to support the US Army Special Operations Command and other strategic partners. The role involves providing intelligence support through SIGINT and CYBER analysis, target development, and assessments, while also training less-experienced employees in the field.

Responsibilities
Provides specialized senior-level expertise in Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) analysis to retrieve, produce, and exploit standard and non-standard SIGINT products to support the SOFETOPS mission
Understand TTPs and methodologies to enable access operations or access vector opportunities. Exploit target digital networks and produce network enumeration diagrams depicting key node, switches, and vulnerabilities
Develop and maintain target profiles using appropriate tools and databases (e.g. Target associations, activities, communication infrastructures, etc.)
Provide intel target recommendations which meet leadership objectives
Qualification
Required
Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance with Polygraph
A bachelor's degree and three years of experience, an associate degree and seven years of experience, or nine years of relevant work experience. We will also consider candidates with five years of directly applicable experience
A minimum of three years experience in operations coordination roles of responsibility within an O-5 or above tactical, operational, or strategic-level command or while supporting a DoD contract of similar size and scope
Knowledge of computer networking concepts and protocols, and network security methodologies
Knowledge of the specific missions for CMF (i.e., Cyber Mission Teams (CMT), National Mission Teams (NMT), Combat Support Team (CST), National Support Team (NST), Cyber Protection Team (CPT)
Experience in signals intelligence targeting analysis and organizing global intelligence operations
Knowledge of cyber threats and vulnerabilities
Working knowledge of the tools, methods, and concepts of portals and other real-time or near-real-time knowledge management systems
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong attention to details
Preferred
Experience supporting USASOC or Joint SOF organizations
Must work independently with limited government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment
Certifications: SCRUM Master Course; GSM, UMTS and CDMA cellular collection certification; Project Management; Digital network Intelligence Course; Network+, Security plus+, Ethical Hacker, Analysis 101, Analytical Integrity and Standards Group; Defense Strategic Debriefing Course; SOCOM SIGINT Operators Course
Any Cyber PDSI Work Role or Equivalent: Exploitation Analyst; Exploitation Analyst; Digital Network Exploitation Analyst; Cyberspace Operator; Expeditionary Cyber Operator; Cyber Capability Developer; Analytic Support Officer
