Responsibilities
Provide executive leadership and regional oversight of home care services, including Consumer Directed Personal Care, Medicaid waiver-based programs, and private duty home care
Develop and execute regional growth strategies for all home care service lines
Ensure compliance with state and payer regulations for waiver, consumer-directed, and private duty programs
Oversee multi-market operations, including service start-ups, expansions, and performance optimization
Build scalable systems for caregiver recruitment, onboarding, retention, and workforce management
Lead, mentor, and develop Home Care Directors and regional leaders responsible for day-to-day operations
Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
Establish and monitor KPIs related to utilization, capacity, quality, compliance, and growth
Collaborate with compliance, finance, operations, clinical, and support teams to ensure alignment across service lines
Serve as the executive subject-matter leader for home care operations, including waiver, consumer-directed, and private duty services
Identify opportunities for innovation, payer partnerships, and new market entry
Qualification
Required
Senior leadership experience in home care services, including Consumer Directed Personal Care, Medicaid waiver programs, and private duty home care
Strong working knowledge of Medicaid waiver / HCBS programs and state regulatory requirements
Proven success leading regional or multi-site home care operations
Experience overseeing both consumer-directed and traditional agency-managed staffing models
Demonstrated ability to scale operations and build leadership teams
Strong strategic, financial, and operational leadership skills
Excellent communication skills and executive presence
