Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive production testing at various integration levels
Troubleshoot and resolve test anomalies efficiently
Update and refine test procedures to enhance accuracy and efficiency
Actively participate in Test Readiness Reviews and test-preparation briefings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless test progress
Coordinate test schedules with Air Vehicle Managers, Plane Captains, and Manufacturing Managers
Support overtime and adapt to off-hour schedules as needed

Required

Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) discipline with 2 years of experience; OR Master of Science degree in STEM with 0 years of experience
Experience in unmanned aircraft and aircraft systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Willingness and ability to support 25% domestic and OCONUS travel
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance (not required to start)
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR) within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business needs
Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) discipline with 5 years of experience; OR Master of Science degree in STEM with 3 years of experience or a PhD in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) discipline with 1 year of experience
Experience in unmanned aircraft and aircraft systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Willingness and ability to support 25% domestic and OCONUS travel
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance (not required to start)

Preferred

FAA Airframe and Powerplant License
Mechanical and test experience on aircraft and unmanned aircraft
