Develop the skills, knowledge, and expertise needed to become a top-performing salesperson and build a long-term career in the insurance industry
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams, customers, and brokers
A proven ability to build relationships and deliver measurable results
A strong commitment to professional growth, openness to coaching, and continuous performance improvement
A high-energy, can-do approach to tackling challenges and achieving goals
Willingness to travel locally and overnight as needed
