Responsibilities

Provide care to a wide range of patients: adults and chronic/complex care management, pediatric opportunity and newborns, if desired

Monday-Friday (36 patient contact hours, 4 hours admin)

Flexibility to work a 4 to 4-1/2 day work week; option for extended hours

Average of 16-24 patients per day

No call expectations
