Responsibilities

Develop and build relationships with external lender partners or other market makers to provide credit pricing information on transactions
Implement new pricing methodologies and strategies to ensure pricing is consistent with current market environment and reduces operational risk
Develop and build strong relationships with internal front end facing teams to provide pricing information on potential loans
Assist with monitoring financial markets to capitalize on recognized patterns or according to a strategy
Track financial market activities, use internal valuation, and risk models to assist with analysis, and build proficiency with market data sources
Maintain historical pricing data on Fannie Mae and its competitors
Maintain and coordinate the delivery of pricing information to internal and external market participants
Communicate and implement pricing changes by collaborating with product development teams and key stakeholders
Provide support for operational activities

Required

Bachelor's Level Degree (Required)
Experience using Salesforce CRM
Experience working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
Experience providing data, insights, and expert advice to management or other groups on people, process, systems, or technology-related topics
Translating technical/expert information for technical and non-technical audiences
The group of skills related to Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict
Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
Experience monitoring and analyzing market conditions, including: volume, price, competition, and/or dynamics, as well as interpreting financial market data and trends
