Responsibilities

Design, lead, and manage projects involving treatment, distribution, and collection systems

Collaborate with engineers, operators, and municipal clients to develop creative, cost-effective solutions

Oversee project scopes, budgets, and schedules while mentoring junior staff

Prepare reports, technical memoranda, and construction documents that reflect high standards of quality

Engage with clients and communities to communicate technical ideas clearly and confidently

Contribute to business development and proposal efforts as you grow into a trusted advisor

Required

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering

5+ years of experience in water/wastewater system design and project delivery

PE license or EIT actively pursuing licensure

Experience with AutoDesk tools and hydraulic/process modeling software

Excellent communication, organization, and mentoring skills

Preferred

Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering

Familiarity with BIM software such as Revit
