Regional Technical Consultant – Regulatory Compliance

They are seeking an experienced Senior Regulatory Compliance Manager to lead regulatory compliance efforts in the Gulf Coast West region, managing projects, mentoring staff, and developing client relationships.

Responsibilities

Grow and expand existing environmental compliance services

Prepare calculations, applications, plans, reports, proposals, and other deliverables

Manage projects and staff to ensure quality and timeliness

Understand the local and regional market

Develop strong working relationships with clients

Develop proposals in response to RFPs and client requests

Participate in the development of local and regional marketing strategies

Support safety efforts to promote safety rules and guidelines

Evaluate problems and develop practical solutions that enable our clients to achieve and maintain compliance with environmental regulations

Required

Bachelor's degree in science or engineering

Minimum 12+ years of experience in a full-time consulting role

Proven ability to engage and lead a team of technical staff and mentor their growth

Demonstrated high level of technical writing ability

Excellent analytical and communication skills

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

Ability to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work and possess a positive attitude

Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history

Preferred

Master's degree

40-Hour OSHA HAZWOPER and current 8-Hr refresher
