The Sales Associate role focuses on engaging with customers, promoting telecommunications products, and providing professional service to help customers choose the right plans.

Responsibilities
Engage with customers in person, providing friendly, informed service and clear product explanations
Promote and present telecom products confidently, helping customers choose plans that suit their needs
Process customer sign-ups accurately and ensure every interaction is professional and positive
Work toward daily and weekly goals alongside a supportive, high-energy team
Participate in daily meetings and training sessions to develop sales and communication skills
Represent the client’s brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and consistency
Assist with setup, territory organization, and customer feedback reporting
Qualification
Required
A friendly, confident communicator who enjoys engaging with people
Motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong work ethic
Willingness to learn quickly and take feedback positively
Full-time availability (weekdays and occasional weekends)
No prior experience required — just enthusiasm and drive
